Weird problem

I have this weird problem. Sometimes when I'm playing Killing Floor (It does only during this game), all the sudden I notice low fps like 20-23 & when I try to minimize the game with ctrl+alt+del, I hardly manage that & there is no cursor, so I can't do much & just hit on "reset" button on my case to reboot manually & then everything works fine after reboot. And today when it happened again, I managed to restart without "reset" button, just used tab on keyboard to switch on shutdown button & hit enter & it restarted very weirdly: On that moment, when everything shut downs while restarting I heard big fan blowing noise (I believe it came from my video card) & it scared me, then again Windows started normally. I went in Event viewer & it shows only this:
