fan setup help needed

Which ever side the sticker is on that is the direction the air will go and some fans will have arrows as well. To install simply screw into the 4 holes on the fan. As for the last bit please elaborate.

Specs:

CPU: Intel core i7 6700k (OC 4.6ghz)
CPU Cooler:Corsair H110i GTX
Motherboard: ASUS Z170 Deluxe
RAM: Kingston DDR4 HyperX Fury 16gb (2x 8gb) 2666MHz
GPU:EVGA GTX 980Ti Classified (OC)

Monitor: Acer predator x34, 3440x1440, 100hz
