Anyone have or tested one of the chairs from needforseat? I was thinking about buying this one since I'm in need of a new chair. http://www.needforseatusa.com/chair_dxracer_fastback

I haven´t tested one but a race chair with wheels on the bottom doesn´t seem like the smartest thing in the world to me. Wouldn´t it just go all over the place when you are trying to race?

Oh yeah, thanks for reminding me. I was going to buy one of these and somehow totally forgot.

In case the moderators do not ban me as requested, this is a notice that I have left and am not coming back.

Lol it's just the name :P

They look like well built, extremely customizable chairs. I was just wondering since they are a bit pricey before I buy one.

Is that sarcasm? lol

I've seen some seats like this and personally I'm not a big fan. Whenever I got my chair I just went to a nearby office supply store and sat in a whole bunch of spinny chairs until I found the biggest, most comfortable one there... I've been enjoying it ever since.

May the Force be with you.

No I'm serious, I'm a very tall man and I've had four chairs in just a year, they all just break. So DxRacer's chairs that are rated to up to 150kg should be a lot better. There is literally no chair in my town that I can walk into a store and just buy that isn't made primarily out of plywood. Even chairs that cost $500.

Awesome idéa. I really need a new chair.. my cat uses this one as a scratching post whenever he wants..

But at that price.. I'll make my own instead. Just need to weld a new seat onto this ones base. Real race seats are about 250$ a pair. (some are even FIA approved)

I want a fully adjustable back, that's a big thing for me since I sometimes like to relax and lean way back. I also wanted a nice full back chair and for that price you're probably going to be spending somewhere around $200 it seems for something high quality.

If it were $200 it'd probably have me sold already. Near $300 is why I'm hesitant.
