Best Android smartwatch?

I have a pixel xl and an iphone 6 (secondary), I use the pixel more and want to try smartwatches. I want it to waste time, show notifications and maybe android pay. Any feature is welcome, I plan to have it on me at all times. IP68 is preferable but not required. It needs to ship to the UAE!

I've personally never used a Moto 360, so i cant really give any advice on those
