Windows 10 folders .LSC ??

Moro (Hello)

 

I went digging the foldersystems of my Win10 pro operating system, programfiles and users. For example i found in my user folder .LSC containing my downloads, and my downloads folder was empty... What? When did this happen and how? 

Do you have any answers? I don't.
