AMD driver partial

I keep using amd crimson to install drivers, multiple types and versions, but all the uninstalls and installs result in a partial delete or install.  Can anyone help?

EDIT: I uninstalled the crimson program and claims to take the dead drivers with it.  Retrying the minimalist version

dxdiag said there was no driver installed.  Ill try this if the problem persists

EDIT: The problem is still that it wont install at all
