Woocommerce Shipping Inquiry

Hey everyone, so my problem is this, I created my wife an ecommerce website using WordPress and WooCommerce, now, my problem is that I don't know how to set up shipping. What I want to do is, if it's 1 to 4 items then charge $4 shipping and if it's 5+ items charge $10. How can I accomplish this? I'm very new to this things and I've been trying to find out for hours online and can't find a clear answer. Thank you everything for your comments!
