NVIDIA Shadowplay

Hi guys, getting some problems when I use Shadowplay. When I press the button to save last 2 minutes of gameplay there is a big lag, stutter, in the gameplay before it says "last 2 minutes saved" . Now  this didn't use to happen. I have GTX 1060 6gb, I have SSD with 15 Gb free, 8GB RAM, video setting is lowest quality so the clips are 200MB so this shouldnty be happeninh really, and it is only a recent thing, didnt use to happen. Anyone get this issue?
