Where exactly do you want to restrict rights? You can't completely take away all writing rights, In the users environment he needs them, otherwise windows would crash.

BTW, we are talking about Windows User?

My Setup:
CPU: i7 4790 @3800 MHz, MB: MSI H87-G41, Grafik: Gigabyte GTX 1080TI, RAM: 2x 8GB DDR3 (1600), Storage: Samsung SSD 850 Evo

If you are talking about another partition other than C: then it is easy, but on C:... It's gonna be hard.

No, there's an admin template for that ;)

User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Explorer

Then on the right there's a setting "prevent access to drives" or something similar.

Well still depends on where exactly he wants to restrict access. you cant completely take away ALL write access ;)

But lets see where he needs it :)

Well I have many friends who are using the PC's ,  I have five PC's , so I just wanna block all the access in the C drive (SSD) only windows and Programs  there. I wanna keep the C drive clean, Without permissions of downloading / modified in that drive, so only I CAN modify something there by changing the USER who has all the access.

you can do that using the Group policy editor and add the setting I refered to earlier.

It's a bit complex so let me write down a guide to help. Might take some time since I'm at work and I have a few things to do! :P
