Problem with GTX 1070

So I woke up this morning and turned on my pc. There were no image on the screen, tried everything switched between DisplayPort and dvi, nothing worked. Moved the GRX 1070 to a lower pci-e port got the image back very shortly as I restarted the image problem returned. I installed my old GTX 770 in the original pic-e port and it works flawlessly. My GTX1070 ran perfectly last night, any suggestions?
