RGB BUILD

Hello! 
I was thinking, and in my future upgrade of my current pc I would like some more color and rgb lightning. So what do you recommend buying, keep in mind that I live in Sweden where the new rgb RAM hasnt been released yet... I have gotten this far: link. I want that m7 motherboard and keyboard/mouse wont change, the soundcard is needed for my speakers system. The kaby lake is just if I feel like getting it while im buying. So what do you think? Anything you would change out for me? Isnt it so that if you have a 4-pin fan the fan color will sync the color the motherboard currently have or what is the purpose of 4-pin? I have the fractal design r5 so 140mm fans is a requirement.

yeah well i wont buy anything before summerbreak is over so the rgb RAM maybe avaliable in Sweden at that point
