Hello to all members, and thanks in advance to you for the help and advice you decide to  provide.
I'm planning out my very first computer build, and hoping I don't completely mess it up on my first try.
My planned specs are:
Intel I7 4770k processor
Asus Maximus VI Formula motherboard.
Corsair Dominator Platinum 32gb (memory) 1866mhz or 2133mhz
ASUS Direct CU II NVIDIA GTX 780 graphics card.
Samsung EVO 250 x 2 SSD.(operating system in raid 0)
WD "RED" 4 TB (storage drive)

Fractal Designs R4 windowed case (black / pearl)
Corsair H100i for CPU cooling (yes I know it will be a tight fit, but I'd still like to give it a try)

I reside in the US, and plan on spending $1700 to $2300.
I plan on using this build for 1080p Gaming, at high or max settings, on 3 monitors (maybe 4k once monitors prices $$ come down).
I also plan on using this for HD video editing.  Not professional level, just home movies in 1080p and 3d.
The overall intent or "Theme" of the build is High performance, as well as a certain look.  I've picked out the Mother board, case and Graphics card for their specific colors and look (Black, Red, White colors)

Can anyone advise on what power supply to get?  I may add a 2nd GTX 780 to run in SLI, if the prices come down even more after the GTX 780 TI releases.
I'm also unsure of my planned storage and operating system arrangement.  If you have 2 drives for the operating system running in Raid 0, is it possible to run a storage drive in  a regular non-raid configuration?

I perform nightly backups to a home server, so the "safety" of the 2 ssd's is not really a concern.

Thanks for you help out there. :)

Rig; CPU - Intel i7-4770k, MB - Asus Maximus VI Formula, Memory- Dominator Platinum 32GB, SSD - Samsung 840 Evo - OS, GPU - Asus GTX 780 Direct CU II, Case - Fractal Design R4 window, Monitor - Asus BG248QE X3 in surround.

I want to say since your aiming to get maybe a secondary 780 to make the go into a SLI configuration why not buy the new 780 Ti Black edition or something these cards are generally overbuilt so you have a number of options available since you have a huge budget.
Make sure when you raid 0 the evo ssd drives your back up to your wd red 4tb

Seriously you don't need the dominator ram

I personally don't really like the ASUS DC II cooler. It runs hotter and is louder under load, everyone here is going to tell you to get the Windforce cooler but if you don't do that the MSI lightning cards are amazing as well.

Also for your SSDs instead of buying two EVOs get the samsung 840PROs. They last much longer but they are expensive but that does not look like a problem to you.

For a PSU I would recommend you get this since it is simply a great PSU.

Finally you really don't need those dominator RAM modules :P

you will never need that amount of ram
And you will never need that high frequency ram(I added this ram because it was cheap)
get a 780ti
you won't fill up that 3tb hdd and it's almost the same as that wd one but it's cheaper

To put it simply, your build is overkill--more so in how much you're paying for the parts more than the performance itself.

There's also little point to putting ssd's in raid 0. It only benefits sequential transfer speeds and what makes a ssd feel fast are random read speed and random seek time.
