adobe premiere rendering problem

So I was just exporting a video with some editing in premiere pro, but it didnt actually add any of the effects changes, it just exported the basic video. I never had this happen before, what caused it, did i accidentally click on some option that would not add any effects? i  will try again later and tell if it occurs again or not, but just curious what might be the issue!

happened again and i dont know how to fix this
