Speaker stand brackets

I have an old pair of speaker stands I would like to use for my new (and free) A2+s. The problem is the bracket on the stands to which the speakers attach is for a rear mounted speaker. Any idea if these mounts are standardized at all.

 

I have no idea of the brand of my speaker stands, I got them used when I purchased a velodyne HTIB set years ago.
