Quick questionabout Display Port.

I have an AOC G2460PQU monitor. It is 1080p at 144hz with speakers. I want to know if DisplayPort will handle 144hz at 1080p while still powering the speakers so I don't have to use a 3.5mm. I tried it with HDMI and it worked but it couldnt do the full 144hz. Thanks.

DisplayPort will work just fine! It's much more capable than HDMI, don't worry.
