Weird LCD minor problem

I don't know how it's called, and I don't really know what exactly is the problem in my monitor. It's very slight and you have to want to notice it. I will try to describe it. On the far left side of the panel only on Gray or White pages when surfing for example there's some thing like "clouding" "backlight bleeding" don't know how to call it. My camera can't even picture it to show it to you. It feels like the backlight isn't uniform there that results to something like a transparent "bruise" or "discoloration" that's only noticeable on white or gray background. What is this exactly? How do we call this for starters...
