The graphics card is a bit weak, that mobo doesn't support overclocking, and the power supply isn't the best either. As well, will 120gb really be enough. If you'd want, you can give me your budget and I'll try to make a better list.

Also, do you need this pc soon or can it wait? AMD's Ryzen should be coming out in a month or so and it's possible it could bring down prices of CPUs, so if you can wait to see if CPU prices will drop thanks to Ryzen then you might want to do that.

The core parts all seem very good.

GTX 1050ti will allow you to play any game but not at highest settings.
Will you be overclocking your CPU? If not I recommend picking an i5 6600 NON-K since your motherboard doesn't allow it.
If you want to overclock you'll have to swap for a Z170 motherboard.

Any particular reason that you picked a low profile CPU cooler?

I recommend stepping up on the PSU, 500w is plenty for this build but it's of poor quality.
A semi budget option will be the GREY labeled CXM units from Corsair.

The PSU is a little bit overkill but it's fine , and that case is pretty bad. I suggest you get the corsair carbide series 100R. It's what I built my pc In. Also, i would suggest getting a hard drive to go with your SSD, beacause 120GB will run out very quickly, especially if you are getting games.

it's $45, S12II 520 is $50.

And there's a three tier difference. Mind you, the EVGA has a $10 USD rebate, but it depends if you'll ever see it and you still pay upfront.

idk
