On pcpartpicker.com it's $718.19 without the case. (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/pXZVCy) Case only is 60 dollar extra. So for the money it's definitely worth it.

 

But for performance don't know... There are better GPU for the price but it depends on what you are going to play. If it are games like League of Legends, Rocket League etc. it's ok but if you are going to play games like the Witcher 3, for Honer etc. Don't expect that good graphics...

to figure it out, try build something new for $600 (theoretically), and see if it compare theoretical benchmark wise.
