VFX+motion graphics -> DIY-NAS vs. enclosure

Hey guys,

 

I do motion graphics and 3D/VFX stuff partly from home and am fed up with external storages, cloud solutions etc. etc.
I'm looking for a NAS solution with the following requirements:
- should be able to work off of

- low power consumption

- low cost (bang for my buck)

- ssd cache?!

- at first RAID1 4tb (possible upgrade to eg. RAID5)
- small form factor

- provide clients with a download link

- (not necessarily) stream video content to a projector

 

I built some motion graphics rigs in the past, so I'm not a complete hardware noob =P

Can you guys give me some advice on this?
