To start. In december last year I reformatted my computer Windows 7 64bit. Now I regret it. Ever since then my computer will go to 100% and stay there. I must force a shut down with the reset button. Before this I have never had this problem. I can get the task manager open and see that - System 496K NT Kernel & System was at 99% . Every thing else in the cpu list is 0%

My system was built for a flight sim DCS World. It seams to be getting worse. This has started with in the last 3 to 4 weeks. I have a HD7970 that the latest drivers is causing the GPU to crash. I reverted back to 15.12 and the crashing is gone. That is new. Mother board sabertooth Z77 with I5 3570K at stock speeds and 16G of ram. I did up date the Bios last month. SSD for windows and flight sim. Help is needed please. Is there something to down load the help find this problem. Could it be a driver?

Did you overclock your processor? If so let it run at stock speeds to see what shutting down the process does. If it is something related to the OS then the system will either crash or restart it.
