Programs asking for disks

Hello Everyone

My computer is getting weird Problems. A Month after i changed to Windows 10 it all started( So i'm not sure if Windows 10 is the Problem). So in the beginning just Rainbow six siege made some trouble. It showed the first Error on the Picture once before starting. i just had to close this message and it was done. Now i need to do this three times. And other programms like dayz, Wild lands, for honor started to do this too. On nvidia geforce experience it is even getting weirder-. At every pc start i get the second error. I can click it away but yeah pretty strange. The funniest fact: You can see on the 3rd part of the image that there is no D: drive

Now it is getting even worse. After some pc running time i can't start those programms anymore. If i open them nothing happens. Then i need to restart my pc. After that the error come and i click them away and it works.

I know it isn't a total defect but i don't want to restart my pc all the time ;(

I already reinstalled windows with a usb disk so this isn't the Problem and i also tried it if disabled overclocks.
