Audio Problems Please Help

So the driver itself is saying HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0892&SUBSYS_18498892&REV_1003\4&1eabb83b&0&000

requires further installation.
 

 

Or the event viewer atleast. No volume, tried to make primary audio source through the Playback Devices thing and nothing headphones dont work either on any port
