i have 2 RX470 4gb but one just sits there and dose nothing while gameing how could i make both cards work together or is it not posible

They Crossfire without bridges or anything, just connect your monitor to the topmost card and you should be away.

 

However, you might want to check that your motherboard supports it and that it's turned on in Radeon Settings.

i have them in crosfire and it even says it but one gpu gets to 100% load

and the other is 0% load

What game? Some games use crossfire, others ignore the second GPU as they don't take advantage of it.

Ah. Doom doesn't like Crossfire, so there's that.

Nope, as of now there's not way to get Crossfire, or even SLI, to work with it. Doom will just ignore the second GPU, even when using Vulkan.
