Overclocking Q6700

So I have a Core 2 Quad q6700 and an Asus P5K-SE/EPU. What bus speed multiplier and voltage excetera do I use for what clock speed. What setting would give me a good overclock. I'll keep track of temps and lower if I need too but, what setting should I use for what speed.
