  1. 1. Which one Should I take

Eeeey Guys!

(Yes I just reposted, but I didnt get any proper help)

So I wanted to build my first ever PC, but I have no clue what I should get;

So if you guys could just give me some Tips, just so I can maybe change some things

Budget:

~1650 Euros

- Willing to go a bit above, but preferably not

- I own the GTX 1080

Primary uses:

- Gaming (GTA V, The Forest, R6 Siege, BF1, Ryse: Son of Rome and some lesser demanding titles)

- 3D editing as a Hobby

- Photo/Video editing in 4K as a Hobby

Monitors:

- Currently using a Samsung SyncMaster 2032BW

(TN, 16:10, 1080p, 60Hz)

- Going to upgrade to an IPS, 21:9, 1080p, 144Hz or IPS, 16:9, 1440p, 144Hz

Peripherals:

- Just like the Monitor, I can save up a bit more

(I dont want to spend 600-ish Euros on Peripherals at the Cost of Peformance)

What I want:

- Good Peformance, but also great Aesthetics

(Thats why Im overpaying)

- Mostly black, a few hints of Silver and RGB Leds

- Probz gonna SLI in the future

Now it pretty much boils down to Platform X99 or Z270;

So these are the things I came up with

Z270

more cores = better multithreaded performance ie video rendering whilst stronger cores = better gaming performance personally id go with i7 7700k as 8 threads should be enough.

X99 for me if you can afford it. Going forward games will prefer cores, the 7700K is a good chip, especially overclocked, but I also think you should wait and see how RYZEN affects things
