Eset smart security issue

The network connections list under tools in eset smart security 8 is empty. Tried to repair but nothing changed. My OS is windows 10. I can't remember if I had ever checked this feature since I installed windows 10.

 

I checked my brother's pc also and the network connection list is empty too.

What is happening?

Does anyone else has the same issue?
