Bad FPS for my rig?

When I first got this build I had like 500fps on CSGO low settings 4:3 because that's what I play. Now it struggles to average over 250?

 

H1Z1 i play on ultra at like 100fps dropped to 50 before

 

Overwatch i play ultra at like 170fps never had a drop before

 

GTA V Very high 100fps but drops to 55fps

 

Deleted temp files, ran CCleaners, defragged drivers, disk cleanup'd everything, ran antivirus tests etc but still can't seem to find the problem.

CPU: Intel Core i7 6700K 
GPU: EVGA GTX 1060 Superclocked 6GB 
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB 
OS: Windows 10 
Case: NZXT S340 White

Do you have a lot installed? Maybe do a fresh install of Windows and see if that helps - I do one every 6 months to keep my little guy in tip-top shape.

yup somethigs up..i average 200-220 fps on csgo at 1080p all settings maxed..with my 1060. cant comment on other games ..try reinstalling nvidia driver?
