TB3 Raid Sharing

I'm having trouble wrapping my brain around this issue..

 

I have a portable computer with thunderbolt 3 connecting to a 4 bay raid enclosure running in software raid. I then need to offload that data from the TB3 shuttle drive to a supermicro gpu rendering server that will have a 45drives NAS attached. 

 

How do I offload the data from the software raid enclosure to the NAS in the fastest way?

What NIC's do enclosure/NAS's have? You're basically going to be limited by the speed of them.

I haven't gotten it yet, just planning stuff out. I see ATTO has various gbe to thunderbolt 3 adaptors. Not sure if it would connect from the gbe port on the server thru the atto box to the dairy chain port on the akitio tb3 drive (the computer only has 1 TB3 port).
