Looking for a cheap monitor

I am looking for a cheap monitor for school and gaming and am wondering whether or not to get a 21,5 inch display. Should I stick with that or should I go with somwthing bigger like a 24 inch display?

well maybe but I'm using VGA input for my screen for almost 4 years now, didn't face a problem with it. mine is samsung s22d300by which is close to the one i suggested.

My 1080p display looks really bad with VGA, but maybe there's something else. Oh well, that's why I'm glad to have DVI and HDMI.
