1. Budget & Location

preferably around $700, max is $900. I live in the United States so US dollars.

2. Aim

3d work, recording/rendering/streaming, long gaming sessions. Mostly play overwatch and would like to max the settings on it.

3. Monitors

I plan on running 1 main monitor, either 4k 60hz or 1440p 144hz (preferably 1440p 144hz) and one side monitor that's just 1080p (already own this monitor)

4. Peripherals

as mentioned above, either a 1440p 144hz monitor (preference) or a 4k 60hz monitor

5. Why am I upgrading?

I am upgrading partly for fun as I love building computers, as well as because some of my parts are going over to a build im doing at my dads house. One of my two rx480 cards are going to the Dad build, leaving me with one card for streaming, rendering, and recording. I am not sure wether it would be better to buy a gamecard for this (I would need explanation as to the benefits of one or i just need to do actual research) or to use software.

Now that the questions are out of the way, here is my current build! already took out the parts that are going over to my dads house.

Cpu: i7 6700 (NOT K)
cpu cooler: h60 AIO
Motherboard: z170-e
memory: GSKILL Ripjaw V 2400 16gb
Storage: 1tb wd harddrive
GPU: 1 rx480
PSU: cx750M corsair
OS: Windows 10

Case: Corsair 730T
Remember that I would like the monitor to be included in the upgrade (max budget is $900)
