Hey so I live in a apartment and we have a router in the living room but the wifi connection is so crappy in my room . Is there anyway I can put a second Router in my room using the phone jack . I didn't wanna run a cord all the way through my apartment .

Through dial-up, yes. Take a look at powerline. It is really good for this.

You can use something called a repeater it plugs into a wall outlet and can be configured via computer to set it up to as strength in another zone of the house.
