Nvidia Stutter Sound

So my issue started 24 hours ago when i got my new z270board with my i7 7700 i did a clean format and after doing first lot of updates got stutter so format 7 more times thinking it was a windows glitch it ended up being Nvidia Driver as if you uninstall it will stop install it and it start again.
I have to have the driver installed to make the machine work like it should but can not deal with the stutter that comes from the sound and after a bit if i dont uninstall it windows just crashes and i have to format again
