Does the motherboard matter when choosing an Operation System because on the ASUS website it says that the ASUS Z10-PE D16 WS supports only Windows 8 32/64 bit, Windows 8.1 32/64 bit, Windows 7 32/64 bit. Can someone please help me solve this problem. Thanks in advance.

It shouldn't. To be sure, I would chat with Asus to make sure everything is clear. But I don't see why not as well.

well thats a workstation-class motherboard with a lot of enterprise features

and most enterprise features are validated for those listed OS

they might not have been validated for win10 just yet
