G710+ O-ring thickness

Hey dudes, just wondering what size the included O-rings are on the G710+. I'm using double O-rings on mine, and a friend wants a set for his and I can't remember if I should be getting 40A-R or 40A-L.

Laptop: Asus GA502DU

RAM: 16GB DDR4 | CPU: Ryzen 3750H | GPU: GTX 1660ti
