Something I'm trying to figure out...

Not long ago I got a used server with 64GB of ram, in 16x4GB arrangement. It seemed ok until I rehoused it, when it started freezing under load without warning. With trial and error, I took out half the ram and it works again. I haven't eliminated if swapping the half in with half out will make a difference.

Looking at the ram, it was a mixed bag. All modules have a HP sticker on them, part 500203-061.

There are four types of sticks:

PC3-10600R-9-10-JP Micron (8 sticks)
PC3-10600R-9-10-J0 Micron (4 sticks)
PC3-10600R-9-11-J0 Micron (2 sticks)
PC3-10600R-9-10-E1 Nanya (2 sticks)

Right now I have the 8 sticks of the same in, running fine. Question is, what are those other numbers? According to any software I can run, the system is running 1333 9-9-9. I have to wonder... should one of those numbers be 10 or 11 like the value after the 9 in each? What do the two characters after that mean? I've not managed to come up in searching so far, as all I get is offers selling me more of this ram.

I found the Micron datasheet for the ram. It doesn't give any clues to the meaning of the last parts of those markings, but does confirm the timings are 9-9-9 so that isn't a problem in itself.
