Also is it worth to buy some kind of soudncard for like 30-50 eurs (not more), if my on board audio codek is Realtek ALC1150 115dB SNR HD Audio (Gigabyte Gaming 3 z97x MOBO)

If its still worth it then which soudn card to choose? it can ben ot branded card but just un-name one.

I've... never heard of the headphones, but the odds of a cheap sound-card making any noticeable difference on fairly inexpensive headphones is unlikely. And you can always add it after you buy the headphones if you start experiencing issues. Most likely a soundcard may help isolate your audio from unwanted EMI and similar problems more than it will do anything to radically affect the sound... which is important, but only if you actually experience EMI (White noise or a buzz/hum when there should be silence).
