Budget card under 200$

I'm looking to upgrade my friend's PC which has the following specs with a GPU under 200$ :

CPU Intel I5 3330

RAM 8 GB Kingston Value Ram

PSU Corsair CX 500 W

Mobo ASUS H61M-PRO

 I want a solid card under 200$ to make a really good gaming PC
