If I were you I would get a RX 480 4GB. It has been shown to perform better than a 1060 3GB

Why i5 Kaby Lake? You can save money by going Skylake and get a H110/B150 for cheap.

well ive heard that the RX 480 has some cooling issues and crashes sometimes. And as for Kaby lake i thought it might be better for future proofing? but i dont know much maybe Skylake is just as good?

The difference between Skylake and Kaby Lake is minimal

Skylake motherboard can work with Kaby Lake CPU (if you upgrade) without any problem

No. RX 480 has no issue with temps. As for crashes I don't see any

So an i5 6400 with an RX480 4GB with a H110/B150 mobo would be good? are there any specific motherboards that you would suggest?
