I need help with launching

I Need help with my desktop it wont boot still and i dont have any problems with the parts besides the ones that dont work i need help in the main part the motherboard hdd and psu its 850 watts i have problems with  the start up it wont work on my tv and a different tv and my monitor . i need help is it the 2 hard drives they total in 5tb of storage it has a problem with the launching one of the hd is refurbished and the other one is used from my other desktop its 2tb it still has the stuff from my previous gaming desktop (my graphics cards my one of my storage (2tb) the ram , cpu)   . I don't know what the problem is, could it be the hard drive  and where their plugged in at on the motherboard. (computer specs 970 i5 6600k 16gb ram 5tbs of storage (2 hard drives)

If I'm reading this right, you're trying to boot your new system off of a hard drive with a Windows install from your old system. This isn't going to work because you cannot necessarily take one Windows install and expect it to work in other machine by just switching drives over. If that's not the issue, then please rephrase everything in coherent sentences. You have bits and pieces of information mixed all over the place.
