G933 Issue

I have a pair of G933's that have become unresponsive. I have followed the guide provided by Logitech HERE to no avail. Logitech is sending me out another pair for free and apparently they dont require the return of the broken one. So basically Im sitting on a "bricked" headphone. Anyone have any other ideas on how to fix these things? Its a shame because they are in mint condition other than the fact that their software imploded.
