Replacing gpu cooler?

I have been wanting to get into sff for a while now, because I would like to not have a mid tower in my dorm. The Dan case A4 is going on sale tomorrow and I expect it will sell out rather fast, I'm interested in the Dan Case or the NCase m1. 

 

The problem is that I have the MSI gtx 1070 Gaming X, which is an open air cooler. Everyone says that a blower style is better for sff due to confined spaces (I know Luke said his open air 1080 was fine in the A4 but still.)

 

So MSI has their aero style card which have a blower style cooler, so if I was somehow able to souce that cooler, maybe I could contact MSI, would it even work?

The VRM and board is different for each GPU so having a cooler placed at a different spot won't work.
