Computer screen DEATH

Hello.

My screen has started to show some bright spots as you can see on the picture, it's started to affect the viewing experience. So my question is what this is and what I can do to fix it?

 

The monitor I'm using is this http://www.philips.se/c-p/273E3LHSB_00/lcd-skaerm-led-bakgrundsbelysning-med-smartimage-lite and have not heard the same problem from any one else. I'm using a hdmi cable to connect it, The blead grows more and more.

 

If the screen cant be fixed plz tips another computer screen for like 100-300 dollars.

just skip it. not fixable and not worth the effort if it were.
