Returning an item on NCIX

So many questions and so little answer so maybe LTT can help. NCIX doesn't answer my phone call

 

I am returning a PSU. I picked it up on 19 of jan.

• They say I can do it within 15 days do they mean from the time I made an order or from the time I picked it up? 
• Can I go to any NCIX and ask for a return or does it have to be the one I picked it up from?
• I lost the receipt they have me while picking it up but still has the invoice email they sent
• Small scratches cause my OEM case was tight. Should I concern? 
• There is a 15% restocking fee and they say they will refund for the price at the time if return. I bought it for 49.99 CAD before tax on sale. Now it costs 56 CAD. So what happens?

Call any NCIX if the ones near you aren't picking up.

But to answer your question

- 15 days of date of purchase

-Any location will do

-Printed invoice should do but it's best to call and ask

-Scratches might be an issue since they'll be reselling it afterall, but that depends on the person accepting it, best to call to make sure

-It's 15% off the price you bought it for, not 56 bucks. So you'll be simply getting less money back in return

Really? what if it takes them 15 days to restock+ship?

If it's shipped then I'm sure it's when you receive it. I recall when ncix struggled to keep thing in stock to ship last year for boxing day. 

 

But like I said, it's best to call a different NCIX in teh city and ask them. If you're not in a rush then can call them up a few hours before they close.
