If it's brand new then yes it should have warranty. If there are any problems then either contact the amazon seller or logitech and tell them the problem. Make sure you keep the receipt for proof of purchase. Not sure how long the warranty is though.

In the US, if you buy it brand new from the manufacturer or an authorized retail store, you have by default a 1 year hardware warranty to be free from defects.  However, you must provide proof of purchase and there might be shipping fees involved.  Any additional warranty information should be noted on the manufacturer's website.

Unfortunately, I do not know Israeli warranty law.  I'm not able to help you there.  However, for the manufacturer Logitech [who now owns Saitek] they are very good in honoring warranties.  The seller is Logitech.  My guess is you'd be good on the warranty side.  Amazon keeps an excellent record history of transactions.  So if you run into an issue based on a manufacturing defect, I'm quite sure Logitech will honor it.  Logitech goes above and beyond in many situations, and is a reputable and trusted company.  Being in Israel, you may have to cover shipping costs, but I wouldn't have any information about that.

youll get the standard 1 year warranty. if logitech dont have an israel based location youll have to claim from a country that does using mail forwarding. if it fails just go through amazon returns. easiest way.

Warranties arent worth a thing though. companies ill get out of it every which way.
