What it mean.. When motherboard have window 8.1 ready..

I'm not sure what you're asking, are you saying your motherboard claims to be Windows 8.1 ready (meaning it supports Windows 8.1) or that your PC already has Windows 8.1 installed?

Windows 8.1 ready just means that it will support the windows 8.1 operating system - you will still need to download windows 8.1, or whatever other operating system you want to use

It write in the motherboard box.. Window 8.1 ready..

It just means that the motherboard is compatible with Windows 8.1, you will still need to install it and have your own license for it but all of the onboard stuff will work with it.

No, you should be able to run Windows 8.1 on all modern motherboards. If it doesn't say it on the box you might need to use the generic drivers for the motherboard.

Yes, you can install W7 on that motherboard.
