gpu underpeforming

my gpu isnt very presistant in what core clock it stays at. is this normal? if not how can i fix it?

Unless your fps are fluctuating then nothing is wrong. Its fine for the clock speeds to bounce around a bit.

Looks perfectly fine. My GPU clock speed sits at 150mhz when theres low GPU utilization....

No, when its not in use it will downclock to save power, this will occur even if you alt-tab from games.

Nah, its perfectly fine for the GPU speed to drop when there's no utilization on it... Just think of it as a "resting phase"

Are you getting low fps? well relative to the 750ti anyways.

not sure how you'd do it with nvidia, but in AMD's wattman software you can keep it at a minimum state, but there's really no point in doing so

idk why the 750ti gets so much hate. it peforms fine in fo4 at 60fps

It's just an older slow card now for AAA games anyways, an RX 470 is a pretty great upgrade option though if the PSU can handle it, the 750ti was solid for throwing into any old OEM system to make it a gaming PC, but it's time has long passed
