Mouse error

Right so I recently upgraded to a Razer Mamba TE, ever since then I have been having intermittent mouse problems with it "losing power"

what I mean by this is that windows will throw up an error about a usb that was plugged in not working, it will then proceed to not work in the usb that it was previously plugged in to, restart didn't fix the problem, if I change the usb it works again for about a day then rinse and repeat. I don't think it is a hardware issue because the mouse I had before was doing the same thing, that is why I replaced it.

when the error pops up again ill update the post with exactly what it says, if you have any ideas please tell me, thanks in advance.
