cpu cooler Best CPU cooler?

Hi everyone,

I'm building a game PC and need help with the CPU cooler. My CPU is the intel core i5-7600K. I don't know if I need to take a water cooler or air cooler. So I want to know which cooler is the best for overclocking. My budget for the cooler is around 100 euro's. 
Also do I need to buy pasta myself or do I get it with the cooler? And if I need to buy it myself which is the best?

 

My build:

CPU: Intel core i5 7600K
CPU cooler: cryorig r1 universal

Motherboard: Asus ROG strix Z270F
RAM: Corsair vengeance lpx (3200MHz) 2 stick from 8GB 
SSD: samsung evo 960 500GB (pci m.2)
HDD: WD blue edition 1TB
GPU: Asus ROG strix gtx 1060 OC 6GB

PSU: Corsair RM650x

OS: windows 10 pro 64-bit

Case: NZXT H440

LN2 is a good one then. But seriously go take a Scythe Fuma. Is imo the best cooler for your needs. Noctua performance without the Noctua pricetag. And outperforming the AIO's you can get under 100 euro.
