Budget Headphones

I'm an audiophile and i was wondering if there are any headphones that pack a punch in audio quality and in bass but not too excessive and that it wont destroy my wallet.

My preference is over the head headphones but earbuds are also ok.

The budget is $20 to $50.  Can not go over.  Thanks!
