Dell PowerEdge T110

I'm sorry if there was a better place to post this, but I couldn't find it. I was wondering what the difference was between a Dell PowerEdge T110, and a T110 II is. I assume that the second one would be better, but I googled it, and as of now I have not found any information to help me. I have to make sure that this Dell (the T110 without the "II") even turns on. If it does, I need to get an OS on it and get it ready for me to use.
